Completed in late 2007, the DPZ Academy is an expansion to the Offices of Duany Plater-Zyberk & Company located near downtown Miami, Fl. Consisting of 3,100 SqFt, the “Academy”, as it is called, was custom built according to the Owner’s specifications to achieve a harmonious expansion of the existing historic office building.
